Testimonials

Hey Jeff,

Thanks again for coming to our car show and speaking. You were just what we needed. And your encouragement was just what we needed. It was great to watch my boy listening to you while you spoke. I hope everything you said sinks in. Everyone that heard you from kids to adults I talked to later in the day all loved hearing you. My pastor lamented “I missed the video!”. Thanks for emphasizing Jesus. He’s sure changed my life and I just agreed and agreed w/ you on every point. It was a pleasure to meet your pretty daughter as well. She seemed to really love her Dad and that marks a big difference between her and so much of the world’s teen’s now days. You had a great testimony just with her there with you.

Thank you so much for joining us today at Gilbert Elementary School. Your message was very inspirational to all in attendance. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit our 5th grade promotion and celebration. Take care!

The presentation is just what the students and teachers needed this time of year. It was inspirational and you made true connections with many in attendance. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and it was a positive experience for them to see a successful person who came from a challenging situation. The message “Just Get Over It” applied not only to the students, but to the teachers as well. I feel that your message has the potential to have a lifelong affect on many in attendance today. The video and your speech were both appropriate for the situation. Even though it wasn’t supposed to be part of the program, thanks for jumping the table when prompted by the students. Amazing!

Jumpin Jeff,
The kids, parents, and teachers were WOWED and are still talking about your powerful presentation on choices in life, that each child and adult has the potential to overcome their obstacles in life through Christ and attain greatness! Many of the teachers will be inviting you to speak at their church youth groups and other events. Thank you once again for making yet another C.H.A.M.P.S. Graduation an inspiring and motivating event!

Hey Jeff,

Thanks for the encouragement. The week went really well, we avg. 20+ per night and several students talked about how(your testimony especially) impacted them to the,” Do Hard Things,” and break the mold of mediocrity the world and others set for them. God has used you to reach many for the gospel and encourage believers to strive for excellence even during tough times. Thanks for using your calling and gifts that God has given you for His Glory! Your testimony is real and really challenging! Thank you for sharing from your heart on how God changed you and made you into the man He wants you to become and how anyone who will believe can achieve great things for God! Thanks again!

In Christ,

Dear Jeff,

My family and I truly appreciated being given the opportunity to watch you jump at Lakeview Ft. Oglethorpe High School this past Saturday. You were definitely an inspiration to us – especially to my 14-year-old nephew, who was amazed that someone old enough to be his dad could jump a car – and not just one car but many cars! He has your autograph tacked to the wall in his room right now, and I feel that your energy and your determination to hurdle those immovable obstacles motivated him to jump for new heights of his own. Likewise, the rest of us walked away with a renewed incentive to aspire to greater and better things in our own lives, especially after hearing your story. Thanks for sharing your gift with us, and for showing us that we can “Just Get Over IT” and jump our personal road blocks if we have the will and the determination!

Sincerely,
Lynda Webber

Hi Jeff,
I receive newsletters via email from J-103. It is there that I learned of your story. I checked out your site and noticed it appears your blogging stopped in 2008. I hope this is only because you have been too busy to keep it going.

Having grown up in a home where alcoholism was prevalent, I related to much of your story. Your tenacity and abiding faith is encouraging. I am a widow learning to pick up the pieces of life after the sudden death of my spouse and love of my life. I think in many ways, besides being my mate and best friend, my husband fulfilled the “father” figure in my life that I was lacking. It felt as if my world had collapsed when he died. It has been 20 months since I lost him. God’s grace has proved sufficient each day. Even through my tears, I see him there, eager to carry me through the fire. He is sustaining me and our children as we grow in him and learn more and more of his truth. I long for the day when I am reunited with my beloved husband and we live in a place where pain and sorrow is not a part of life. I am reminded God does not change. Therefore satan did not destroy God’s plan for man. He merely interrupted it temporarily. It will be implemented as intended one day.

I wanted to tell you that your story is so encouraging. I know that I am not the only person who has suffered in this world, for surely the word says “It rains on the just and the unjust”. I thank God for men, as yourself, who find it a pleasure to speak positive words to those who need kindness and encouragement. God has always used his people to encourage others throughout time. What an honor it is to be used of God. A minister called me “A wounded healer.” That title comes to mind when I think of you as well. I want to encourage you to continue on your journey of showing folks how it is possible to overcome obstacles. May God continue to bless you.

God’s grace is truly seen in the life and story of Jeff Clay. He is a man of integrity, passion and has a keen awareness as to how God’s call on his life can be used to inspire, and give hope to people of all ages. God’s hand is upon him and his message brings home the fact that through Jesus Christ’s mercy and grace, our crucified and risen saviour can reach, forgive and restore anyone, in any situation, no matter what!

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Lakeview Middle School would like to say, “thank you for coming and sharing with our F.C.A. members.” You were talked about for weeks before you came. Everyone was saying, ” this man can jump anything!” “Jeff is great and he is coming to our school!” Now you are still being talked about, but now everyone is saying, “man, you should have come to the F.C.A. meeting, Jeff was really inspiring!” You really did encourage and motivate many students, including ourselves, to not give up but “Just Get Over” their problems. We would like to say one more time thanks for letting us know we can conceive, believe and achieve anything with God on our side!

Sincerely,

LMS F.C.A. Huddle Leaders

Hello Jeff,

Thank you for being available to be used by God. You did a good job Saturday night. It was a powerful message of God’s love and care for us. You were a blessing to the young people who needed to hear your message.

Jeff Clay came to speak at Naomi’s C.H.A.M.P.S. Graduation, and I have to say that I have never been more thankful to know someone personally and professionally. Jeff inspired not only our students, but our parents as well! He was very uplifting as he spoke to our students about just getting over the obstacles that life threw their way and making the best of the situation. I hope that this message stays with our students as they grow older. Thanks, Jeff, for everything!
